Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, providing personalized service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
– Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about promotions, events, and amenities
– Enroll guests in the Loyalty Program and encourage players’ card utilization to increase carded play
– Coordinate special events and promotions to enhance the guest experience
– Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
– Monitor guest activity and preferences to anticipate needs and provide tailored recommendations
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a casino environment is a plus
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Knowledge of casino games and industry trends is a plus
– Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
