House Rules
- Guests must be over the age of 18 to enter the casino.
- Guests must be in possession of a valid ID card, driver’s license or passport.
- Casino reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest for any reason deemed sufficient cause by casino management.
- Casino reserves the right to stop any patron from gambling and/or consuming alcoholic beverages or food within the establishment. Guests may not enter with beverages in glass bottles.
- Access to the casino may be denied if another guest’s experience is negatively affected by your behavior.
- No camera or video filming allowed inside casino.
- It is the player’s responsibility to inform a Casino Royale staff member that he/she wishes to leave a slot machine temporarily. The slot machine may be allocated to another player if the player having reserved the slot machine remains absent for more than the delay authorized by the responsible Casino Royale personnel.
- If a player occupies one or more slot machines without playing (continuously) Casino Royale may allocate the slot machines to one or more other players.
- Seats at the gaming tables and slot machines are reserved for players participating in the game. Casino Royale may require a guest to give up the seat if that player is not in fact participating in the game.
- Dress code is Caribbean casual, no bathing suits, overtly revealing clothing allowed. Male sleeveless tank tops not allowed after 7pm.
- Upon entering the casino, sunglasses and headwear (caps, hats, etc) must be removed for surveillance purposes.
- Guests are obliged to follow the instructions given by authorized members of staff of the casino, in the interests of the safety, calm and order of the casino, and in the interests of the orderly, honest and fair playing of the games.
- Guests are obliged to respect the no smoking rule in the indicated zones, rooms or gaming tables.
- Video surveillance is in operation in and around the casino premises.
- Casino Royale is not responsible for loss, damage or injuries sustained due to negligence on the guest’s part.
- Management reserves the right to change or alter the above rules at any time.
